That's Xander unleashing his Halloween scary idea! When folded, it's Jack-O'-Lantern looking spooky and a little haunted. Open it up, you will see a dancing skeleton and some vampire bats flying around. My honest view? I think the skeleton looks kind of cute and it definitely makes me smile (probably not quite what Xander has originally planned).
This card is perfect for Halloween, or really, any occasions if you feel like sending someone a "scary" (but not THAT scary) surprise.
